The holiday apartment Lilla Lönnviken is situated in the Finnish south-western archipelago, on the island of Pettu, easily accessible by ferry (5 minutes). Our location is 1-2 hours by car from the largest cities in Southern Finland. Pettu is a forestry island with great natural beauty, approx. 6 km long and 3 km wide. The water surrounding it is the Archipelago Sea, part of the Baltic.
Lilla Lönnviken is a sunny apartment with all the comforts and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. It has proved to be an excellent retreat that city dwellers love thanks to the closeness of nature, peace and quiet. Lilla Lönnviken suits well e.g. for small families, sport fishermen and people working at distance. The apartment was built in the other end of a former shed 2017. The owner has her home and painting studio in the other end of the long building. Lilla Lönnviken has a spacious kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, a toilet-shower and an indoor sauna. A heat pump is the main source of heating/cooling the apartment, the toilet-shower has a floor-heating and the sauna stove is heated by wood. The kitchen has a wood burning stove.
Lilla Lönnviken has a yard with a large terrace, a sitting group and a barbecue. The shore is 100 meters from the apartment. The shore line is divided between Lilla Lönnviken and our other rental cottage Villa Lönnviken, so that they both have their allotted areas. June 2019 a new terrace-jetty was built to the shore for Lilla Lönnviken guests. A row boat is included and a 4 hp outboard motor is for rent. The cottage has a free wi-fi. Dogs are allowed.
